Zoning Hearing Board
Forty
The primary purpose of the zoning hearing board is to help assure fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance by hearing appeals on the zoning officer’s determinations and by granting relief from the literal enforcement of the ordinance in certain hardship situations. FORTY FORT BOROUGH AWARDED 2ND BEST BOROUGH WEBSITE BY THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE ASSOCIATION OF BOROUGHS
SHADE TREE COMMISSION SEEKS MEMBERS The Forty Fort Borough Shade Tree Commission is actively seeking residents to serve on the Commission. Currently there are three openings. FORTY FORT WAS AWARDED A $10,000 GRANT FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE PARK. Special thanks to Borough Coordinator Denise Syms and President Joe Chacke for their hard work in obtaining this grant. UPDATE - 5/11/2010 - The cameras have been installed and are working.
