COUNCIL REDUCTION Due to the recent resignation, the Borough has petitioned the Courts to reduce the size of Council from 8 to 7 immediately, instead of in 2012. The hearing for this is scheduled on April 12 at 9:30 A.M. Judge David Lupas ruled on April 12, 2010 that Forty Fort Borough Council shall be reduced to 7 members effective immediately.
