The Borough of North Wales is a small community ideally situated between Philadelphia and Bethlehem. A pleasant blend of past and present, North Wales is the oldest of the North Penn boroughs, incorporated in 1869. It is tucked into the center of southeastern Pennsylvania's prosperous Montgomery County. Our caring neighborhoods nourish a unique sense of community and pride. In fact, North Wales was the first borough in the North Penn area to establish a Historic Preservation District, and much of the vintage architecture still retains its picturesque charm.
In North Wales the delights of a small town are just a walk away: All combine to make North Wales a good place to call "home." And for those who crave more urban pursuits or must commute elsewhere, roads and rail provide convenient transportation. We do hope you like our special town.
