Penndel Recreation Board - Oversees the use of the recreation field. Meets the 2nd Monday of the month at Borough Hall.
Penndel Zoning Hearing Board - Meets the third Wednesday of the month at Borough Hall and as advertised. Meetings are open to the public.
Penndel Finance and Long Range Planning Committee: Meets the 2nd Wednesday of the Month at Borough Hall, 7:30 PM.
Police Regionalization Study Committee: Meets at the Penndel Borough Hall the third Monday of each month, at 7:00 pm.
Penndel Fire Company - General membership meeting 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Penndel/Hulmeville Memorial Day Parade Committee - residents of Penndel and Hulmeville sponsor the Memorial Day Parade the Saturday preceding Memorial Day. Sponsors the Super Bowl and other fund raising events. Meets at Borough Hall the second Thursday 7:30 pm.
